3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GLOBEX only for lawful purposes. You must:

- Not use the service for any illegal activities
- Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit our service or other users
- Not use the service to infringe on others' rights
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

- One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

Paid Tiers (Premium):
- Billed monthly or annually as selected
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime in Google Play before renewal to avoid the next charge
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by the Google Play refund policy or applicable law

6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use GLOBEX to:
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content

- Interfere with our service or infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
GLOBEX, including its logo, app, website, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the service will meet all your requirements
- The accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Fail to pay for subscription services
